Actually, that is how Genesis was indeed sealed to my knowledge. The hard cases are oddly shaped for a perfect seal, so all the ones I have seen and bought are this odd mess of vacuum, so it's hard to tell either way. My gut feeling however is that Sega Collecting is too niche, outside of a few gems, to warrent mass resealing of Genesis titles.

I have quite a few Genesis/SMS that are sealed like that. Who knows with those games. It is very, very difficult to tell if they are factory sealed or not. I will be posting quite a few soon so keep your eyes peeled

he's reposted it at a lower price, but I think you're correct that it's got to be a hong kong bootleg. the artwork on the box doesn't look right, there's no red tape seal for a pal title and as you've already pointed out, it's got an ESRB rating, which is a north american thing.

Clearly fake. If it were either a true PAL or NTSC region game, the age rating would be in the bottom right-hand corner in both cases, and not anywhere situated on the left

all 2 are fakes, NTSC games, dont have on the Top: "Deutscher Bildschirmtext, English Screentext" ect.

and Pal Games never have the US Logo for, "Everyone" "Teenager" ect.

in my opinion the price for this UK-PAL version is not bad....
