Check out this crazy auction for 247 sealed NES games!

So, it is already over $2,000 with over 2 days left, which is not bad, at less than $10 a game!

What do you think these are worth individually, on average? I didn't see any stadium events or anything in the list, but it is still very impressive. I'd guess $30 per game would be very fair, but that is a complete guess. Comments?

(by the way, this is NOT my auction. I just was impressed by it.)
I can creat a auction with ChuChu Rocket sealed for $2000 ... doesn't say anything ... we must wait what he really get ...
You're right...even I wouldn't pay that much

. I mean...owning a factory sealed copy of one of the greatest games of all time is one thing...but Chrono Trigger isn't even quite as rare as everyone makes it out to be...it's just VERY VERY sought after and demanded. Same with FFVII, though I've noticed that mint Y-fold copies of that are very hard to find. Most copies of Chrono Trigger I've seen up on eBay have all been in pretty comporable mint condition.
Here's a new one for you guys:

This black label sealed usually goes for $70-$100.
wow I think this is definitely a new record for FFVIII !
Zelda: Ocarina Of Time NTSC SEALED

not bad but the box conditions are not perfect ..
To bad these were all players choice!

yearh i noticed it as well
If they were first release,it'd go for $800 (Metroid for $300,Zelda for 300,Super Mario world for $200) MINIMUM
Pretty rough condition, imo, but still nice to see the Blue Bomber fanbase still going strong...

I wouldn't say it's "rough"...but definitely not worth anywhere close to $800.

This guy's selling an entire PS1/PS2 factory sealed original FF collection...definitely want to see how much this lot goes for! I think they are all Y-folded too!

The price is much lower than I thought. The guy got a bargain!
I'm confused. PAL Yoshi's Safari is like the rarest most valuable game or something? The US version isn't worth anything.
That FF Collection auction didn't sell for a lot because it wasn't advertised correctly. Had the guy advertised them all as having the Y-fold style wrapping and put the word "sealed" or "new" in the title of the auction, I think it would have attracted more attention.

That winner got a SICK deal. A Y-folded FFVII black label (if mint) is worth almost as much as what that auction sold for!!
FF Collection definitely was a steal

((((
As for Yoshi's Safari - the game seriosuly suck.
Here's a new one:

I wonder if this strider150 buyer knows that is a Canadian version, not US. Also, the seller has no feedback. Ack!

I was actually watching this one and wanted to bid but after asking the seller bout the condition of the game, I refrained coz she said the corners are rounded.

Didn't know it was Canadian version, I was lucky I didn't bid

It is on Snesbits unconfirmed sealed list so I guess it is quite rare.

That's what I was curious about too. I was interested in this auction as well, but after emailing the seller twice asking for additional pictures and not receiving any reply whatsoever, I decided to leave this one alone.
I figured it was Canadian when I saw the seller was in Canada. if you look closely at the pics you can see the bilingual text on the front and back of the box. DEFINITELY not worth $300+! As an FYI, I remember not too long ago (last year actually) original US Super Mario World sealed selling for around $120-$150 multiple times. I didn't think it was worth more than that.

I am the winner of this auction but the seller just contacted me and said the game is no longer available because his nephew opened it. I am not sure if he is telling the truth. I messaged him back and asked if he got a higher offer and that I will try to match it if he will just let me know.
For 600 euros, I think he's telling you the truth.
Happened to me once, the guy was selling a HUGE master system lot (like 200 games), bought it for 500 euros and then the guy told me he finally decided to give the stuff to his nephew (what's the problem with their nephew ?)
I told him I understood it could be boring to ship so many games for only 500 euros so I could come by train to get them, no problem ! Never answered to me O_o
200 complete mint games including 50 never opened with the sega sticker and a copy of smurfs 2, everything trully poorly listed
