Check out this crazy auction for 247 sealed NES games!

So, it is already over $2,000 with over 2 days left, which is not bad, at less than $10 a game!

What do you think these are worth individually, on average? I didn't see any stadium events or anything in the list, but it is still very impressive. I'd guess $30 per game would be very fair, but that is a complete guess. Comments?

(by the way, this is NOT my auction. I just was impressed by it.)
oh my god ! unbelievable ! I never saw so many sealed NES games ! Really impressive and I think $25 per game would be absolutly okay !

To even see a collection of boxed NES games that large is impressive. To see them sealed is very rare! Look at all those boxes with sharp corners! And to think that some of those are 20 years old almost!

not big, but i dont understand why there are so many high bids on this heavy crushed blister

For a sealed game the condition is really terrible.
yep i don't understand why collectors pay so much for a damaged sealed copy ... :o

I've seen worse. I've seen a completely squashed PAL Link To The Past sell for over £150 before. It looked as if it had been used to prop up a table leg, seriously it was that bad!

But that Vampire's Kiss is probably not as bad as it looks. The game appears to be sealed (Albeit with shrinkwrap) inside the blister packaging, and from what I could see, there's not too much damage to the corners of the actual game box.
LOL
the CV VK stand by 500€
Oh my god....500 Euro for CV VK....not bad. And 4 days more to come. Yes yes....the sealed collectors going crazy

Does anyone with the knowledge and time want to calculate/speculate how much the seller made/lost from not selling them seperatly?

I'd be very interested!

he probably could have gotten nearly $25,000 if he sold them separately. but then when you sell them separately it would just sit until someone had the sudden urge to buy at the price listed. when you sell in bulk you usually take a great risk..
Auction ended at €800...

Castlevania is too sought after nowadays, prices go so high that one day, the speculative bubble will break and prices drop badly. It can't go on like that forever - I've been buying rarer things like development samples and rare demos for less than $2, and see, these games go for $1000... there's something wrong with those sick bidders.
omg 800€ !!!!
can not believe it ...

Yeah,it costed me an arm and a leg.
But that's not because you're not able to afford it, that i'm a "sick bidder".
oh you won this auction Adol?
Not exactly a big ticket item but seeing as it's a Gamecube game I don't think there's too many others for that system that would sell for as much:

Fortunately for me I have 2 of those sealed myself.:-p Maybe in another 10 years they'll be worth something.
definitly true !one of the high value GC games
