My tetris sealed collection

Can you upload pictures? I must see a picture of this great selection!

I've checked that list over and over, yet I still can't see the original "Tetris (GameBoy)"



Surely this has got to be one of the ultimate games to own for both a GameBoy and Tetris collection?

I also used to have the Amstrad CPC 464 version of Tetris (Mastertronic, not sealed), but I have no idea where it went.

Well is there any chance to get a NES and GB Tetris sealed?
Those must be totally rare and expensive

As only sealed copies are listed, perhaps the original poster does have these games in their collection, but they might just not be sealed... That's my initial assumption anyway.

And I agree with you Ostro, sealed NES games are hard to come by at the best of times, especially a title as popular as Tetris. I would imagine there are some in private collector's hands, but would probably fetch a high price on eBay (I would estimate a sealed NES Tetris would fetch around £120-£160 maybe???)

And I am more than certain that sealed GameBoy Tetris's do exist, but they must be very few and far between, which is to be expected for a game which was originally released in 1989 ~ That's coming up to nearly 20 years old, so a sealed copy would no doubt fetch quite a high price to a collector

yeah, sealed copies of the games you talk bout gem would be fackin' expensive but... that's not the aim of my collection


I'm buying factory sealed (or just new but unsealed) copies to open them lately and take pics and scans of the content for a website project.
I just want to be sure that when I post "here is what this version of tetris contained as new", no mistake can be found.

Didn't open them yet coz 1 feels painful (eventhough I paid almost nothing for most of them) and moreover 2 my scanner does not want to work

That is partially the reason I like collecting sealed games, as I know that if I were to do such a project, I know that what I find inside is exactly what is supposed to be inside. A lot of the time game stores remove the contents and some leaflets or inlays may get lost, or some cases replaced, or inlays mixed up and inserted in the wrong game etc. I like the thought that what is in there is what is supposed to be there.

No N64, Dreamcast, or PlayStation Tetris games either???

The N64 Tetris games can be found sealed quite cheap when they appear on eBay (Tetrisphere; The New Tetris; Mickey's Magical Tetris Challenge); And the Dreamcast game is fairly cheap (The Next Tetris)

As for the PlayStation, Tetris Plus is a very hard game to find, and sealed copies go for a lot of money, but in my opinion has the best puzzle mode of any Tetris game. The Next Tetris is fairly cheap though.

NES tetris by nintendo shouldnt be to much either 35-40 and thats the high side. Now the TENGEN tetris is another story. looks like i have one that belongs in your collection.
