So what do you find easiest to collect - American or Japanese games?

Well, i guess American. Because it's available almost all the time and it's only a question of how big your wallet is.
And for JAP console stuff : it's mostly cheap and VERY cheap comparing to US high priced stuff like EVO and Earthbound, but some of cheap stuff can simply not be available. Like Sorcer Kingdom for Sega MD. It's not expensive but it's rare to see. And what is more, sometimes jap stuff can be very expensive to US and PAL. For example Light Crusader. US version hardly sell for 3-4 complete while japanese for 50-60-70... And japanese Gauntlet is very expensive.

I also had a huge collection with every MD, MS and PS-RPG...but I sold everything to buy me some sealed games

I think I have some pics of MD and MS-stuff left...have to search it.

Well apart from being a console game collector i'm also a pc game collector. Although i do collect only most rare and obscure games many people even don't know. Also i'm proud to have one of the world's most complete TGL game collections (actually i dont't even know who else collects these games? lol). Do you know TGL? It is a company who brought us the Farland series.

yes, mainly for retro consoles. and PC.

Consoles:

Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, MD/Genesis, Game Gear, Sega/Mega CD, Master System (sega genesis is priority)
Nintendo NES, SNES, N64 (snes is priority)
Sony PS1/2. although i don't buy original ps1 games now. not a priority

for handheld - i have almost all rpg's in isos. Buying US Game Gear releases. Don't care for PSP right now, but plan to buy later.

As for PC - i buy only collector's editions of the most popular game series with i love. Also very rare and obscure stuff that i can find.

The Magna Carta - Phantom of Avalanche is original korean jewel release for pc. There were 3 pc releases of this game. This one, the same one in huge box with artbook, and the original korean release in SUPER-huge box with same artbook and cards and dvd with soundtrack. The last one is uber-cool.
