Today I received this game and i was confused that it is a platinum version.
I just wanted to know if there is a non platinum version of this edition?
If yes then I will contact the seller, and if not then I will be happy with it.

I have a non Platinum steel edition of this game.

I'm intrigued. I would like to see this Platinum version. If such a Steelbook exists, then it could be quite rare, as I have only seen the one like Hardy has above, so you might want to hold onto it

same here. I saw a Platinum of MGS3, but just in a normal PS2 case....

I have yet to see MGS 3 as a Platinum version in any form, especially not a Steelbook.
