Has not been shipped at all??

The USPS mechanism is quite unreliable for most non-express shipments (and sometimes even those).

It is *not* uncommon for packages to completely work their way through the system and be delivered before the info is updated.

However… May 15th was a long time ago. Also, it's supposed to be a Priority Signed-For delivery (if I recognize the label correctly).

The system doesn't say that the USPS ever received a package to send. But, it also doesn't say that they didn't. Furthermore, it's very likely to have been printed straight from the payment system (looks like PayPal).

There's a lot of information either way. However, on the balance I'd suggest it's probably not fraud.
