To my understanding, as rarebucky has already mentioned in one of the other threads, Zelda: OOT comes in 2 seal types, one of which you are looking at and the other has a vertical seam. In both cases they are genuine.
Still might want to check with rarebucky on this one as he's the expert on the seal types

Yes, except the one pictured above does look like a reseal. I don't know what that hole in front is about, but my non-vertical seal copies do not have that. I would stay away from it. Also, the box is in bad shape

yea that huge hole makes me suspicious.......factory sealed games dont have that no matter the type of sealing. It's more than likely re-sealed by eb games.

Lego Racer looks ok for me. Noone will bother resealing that junk anyway.

I have fond memories of this game when I was young so I will try and buy it sealed.

Personally, I think some sealed games are "junk" as far as gAmeplay but I will keep those to myself to not get flamed

Is it possible that this game just came w/o a seam, because both of the new/sealed ones I've seen are missing it. Like Dark Sol said, I don't think people would bother resealing this junk, but I just want to make sure, is it possible that this game (like that Zelda) came originally w/o a vertical seam?

Yes, absolutely. Many 3rd party games came without vertical seals.
